Saguaro National Park Overview

Tucson, Arizona is home to the nation's largest cacti. The giant saguaro is the universal symbol of the American west. These majestic plants, found only in a small portion of the United States, are protected by Saguaro National Park, to the east and west of the modern city of Tucson. Here you have a chance to see these enormous cacti, silhouetted by the beauty of a magnificent desert sunset.

Entrance Fees

Saguaro National Park Individual Weekly Pass - $15
Admits one individual when entering by foot or bicycle. Individuals 15 years or younger are admitted free of charge.
Entrance - Per Person - $15
Individuals entering the park by means other than a motor vehicle may purchase individual entrance passes. This includes hikers, horseback riders and bicyclists. The individual entrance fee is charged to anyone 16 years of age or older.
Saguaro National Park Motorcycle Weekly Pass - $20
Admits one motorcycle and its riders.
Entrance - Motorcycle - $20
This fee is charged per-vehicle upon entrance, regardless of the number of riders. An Annual Pass will cover two motorcycles traveling together if the two people who signed that pass are on different motorcycles. A Lifetime Pass (such as the Access or Senior Pass) with one signature line will only cover one motorcycle.
Saguaro National Park Vehicle Weekly Pass - $25
Admits one single, private, non-commercial vehicle or RV and all its passengers. Organized groups are not eligible for the vehicle permit.
Entrance - Private Vehicle - $25
The vehicle entrance pass is sold in the form of a dated register receipt and admits one privately owned, non-commercial vehicle into Saguaro National Park. This includes passenger cars, trucks, vans, recreational vehicles, campers, or converted buses used for private, recreational purposes.
Saguaro National Park Annual Pass - $45
Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, for unlimited visits to Saguaro National Park, in Tucson, Arizona. May be purchased at either district or online from www.nps.gov/sagu/payfee.htm. Admits purchaser and any accompanying persons in a single, private, non-commercial vehicle, or pass holder and three persons (16 & older) where per person entrance fees are charged. This passport covers entrance fees only and is not refundable and/or transferable.
Annual Entrance - Park - $45
This pass covers up to 4 adults (anyone over the age of 16) or everyone in a single, non-commercial, vehicle. Is accepted in both districts of the park.
