Everglades National Park Overview

Everglades National Park protects an unparalleled landscape that provides important habitat for numerous rare and endangered species like the manatee, American crocodile, and the elusive Florida panther. An international treasure as well - a World Heritage Site, International Biosphere Reserve, a Wetland of International Importance, and a specially protected area under the Cartagena Treaty.

Entrance Fees

Entrance - Education/Academic Groups - $0
All accredited educational and scientific institutions are eligible to receive free entrance to the park. Bringing your classroom to the park can present many unique learning opportunities and novel ways for your students to advance their studies. The Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (FLREA), Public Law 108-447, provides the National Park Service statutory authority to allow “outings conducted for non-commercial educational purposes by schools or bona fide academic institutions.”
Everglades National Park Entrance Fee- Per Person/Cyclist - $8
The Everglades National Park charges an entry fee per person when an individual enters the main entrance station through a bike or by walking. The entrance fee is good for 7 consecutive days starting from the day of purchase. Individuals 16 years old and
Everglades National Park Entrance Fee- Per Person/Cyclist/Paddlecraft - $15
The Everglades National Park charges an entry fee per person when an individual enters the main entrance station through a bike or by walking. The entrance fee is good for 7 consecutive days starting from the day of purchase. Individuals 16 years old and younger, are admitted free of charge.
Entrance - Per Person - $20
Good for 7 consecutive days at all park entrances. Admits one individual hiker, bicyclist, pedestrian, or human-powered paddlecraft, when not arriving in a vehicle or vessel. Individuals 15 years old and younger, are admitted free of charge.
Everglades National Park Entrance Fee- Per Motorcycle - $25
The Everglades National Park entrance fee for motorcycles is good for 7 consecutive days starting from the day of purchase.
Commercial Entrance - Sedan - $25
Cost is $25 plus $15 per client. A commercial tour is defined as persons traveling on an itinerary that has been packaged, priced or sold for leisure recreational purposes by an organization that realizes financial gain through the provisions of the service. Entrance fees are charges based on the seating capacity of the vehicle. Commercial entry good for 7 days as long as it's the same passenger group.

Entrance fees to the Everglades National Park are charged based on the seating capacity of the vehicle. Sedan (1-6 passengers: $15 per person)
Entrance - Motorcycle - $30
Good for 7 consecutive days at all park entrances.
Everglades National Park Entrance Fee- Per vehicle - $30
The entrance fee to the Everglades National Park is good for 7 consecutive days starting from the day of purchase.
Entrance - Private Vehicle - $35
Admits the passholder and passengers of a single vehicle or vessel. Good for 7 consecutive days at all park entrances.
Everglades National Park Annual Pass - $55
The Annual Pass for the Everglades National Park is valid for 12 months starting from the day of purchase and is good for unlimited visits to the park during this period. These passes can be purchased at the Homestead and Shark Valley entrance stations or the Gulf Coast and Flamingo Visitor Centers. You can also purchase the senior park pass or pass for entry into all national parks at these locations.
Annual Entrance - Park - $70
The Everglades Annual Pass admits the pass holder, passenger on one motorcycle, or passengers of a single vehicle or vessel to Everglades National Park.

Entrance fees to the Everglades National Park are charged based on the seating capacity of the vehicle. Van (7- 15 passengers)
